Mr. Raniere is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law and the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, he spent 14 years representing school districts and other municipalities throughout Long Island. Mr. Raniere has experience in all areas of education law and labor and employment law, including student disciplinary matters, contract negotiations, arbitrations, employee disciplinary hearings and proceedings before the State Division of Human Rights, the Public Employment Relations Board, and the Commissioner of Education. He has lectured at the New York State School Boards Association Convention and has also presented to the New York State Association of School Attorneys. In addition, Mr. Raniere was named to the 2014, 2016, and 2017 New York Metro area Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

Mr. Raniere is a member of the Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations and the New York State Association of School Attorneys. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and is also admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York.
