Mr. Marshall has had extensive experience in the fields of public and private sector labor, employment and education law. He joined our Firm after twenty years of representing school, college and municipal employees in New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island. While at New York Law School, he was an editor of Law Review, president of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and recipient of the Alfred L. Rose and Otto L. Walter Awards. Mr. Marshall has represented clients in civil litigation in state and federal court in New York, in arbitration, in matters before the Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board, and in Civil Service Law Section 75 hearings.

Mr. Marshall is admitted to practice law in New York. He is also admitted in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Marshall is a member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations.
