Sophia Terrassi is an associate with the Firm concentrating her practice in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial law and litigation, and education law.

Ms. Terrassi is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was Symposium Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review and President of the Pride Law Student Association. She graduated in the top third of her class with a Public Interest Law Certificate awarded with honors.

Prior to joining Ingerman Smith, Ms. Terrassi interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") where she gained valuable experience investigating, negotiating, and settling claims of employment discrimination. She is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association, LGBT Bar Association of New York ("LeGaL"), and the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Terrassi is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
