In so doing, she has accumulated extensive and varied litigation experience. At the Nassau County District Attorney's Office Ms. Sullivan served as an Assistant District Attorney in the District Court and County Court Trial Bureaus, and subsequently in the Special Investigations Bureau (later known as the Public Corruption Bureau). After more than eight years as a prosecutor, Christine joined the Nassau County Attorney's Office where, as special trial counsel, she represented Nassau County at all stages of civil litigation, including jury trials, in both state and federal court in various areas of the law, including negligence defense, civil rights litigation, employment matters, civil forfeitures, and tax certiorari. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sullivan was in private practice as a litigation associate representing financial institution clients, specifically federal credit unions. Ms. Sullivan practiced in that capacity for more than eleven years, conducting litigation in all aspects for financial institution clients in both state and federal courts, and providing advice and guidance to such clients regarding local, state, and federal regulations for compliance purposes.

Christine is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and all the Courts of the State of New York.
