Regina Marie Spencer initially joined the Firm in 2008, focusing her practice in all aspects of labor and employment law and general education law.

Ms. Spencer left the firm in 2015 to work in higher education administration as a Director of Labor Relations and to practice law independently. In her private practice, Ms. Spencer represented School Districts on a special counsel basis, private corporations, individual employees, and students, and she also served as a hearing officer for municipalities, presiding over disciplinary and other proceedings.
Since rejoining the Firm as Counsel in 2021, Ms. Spencer has resumed work on the management-side of employment and labor relations matters, counseling and representing municipalities in collective bargaining and contract negotiations, labor-relations disputes, grievance proceedings, disciplinary proceedings, general education law matters, and related litigation.
Ms. Spencer is a magna cum laude graduate of Manhattan College and a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.
